Why it exists

X Series

Extreme performance for the price, expressed through compact dimensions, proprietary technology and Danish craftsmanship.

X2t 25th Anniversary

‍For those who refuse to compromise between exceptional sound and beautiful design.

The TD10 was created for systems that demand the deepest extension, greatest authority and most effortless low-frequency scale Raidho can provide. Its diamond-coated active drivers and multiple passive radiators move substantial amounts of air while preserving the speed, control and tuneful character required for serious music reproduction. Low-latency amplification and flexible DSP make it possible to shape crossover, phase and response around both the room and the partnering loudspeakers, while the stackable enclosure allows performance to grow with the ambitions of the system. TD10 is not designed to make bass a separate effect. It exists to complete the musical picture - giving orchestras their true foundation, electronic music its physical force and every recording a more convincing sense of space, weight and realism.

A five-layer membrane

The TD membrane combines five carefully engineered layers: an aluminium core, ceramic surfaces, tantalum and a final coating of artificial diamond. Each cone carries approximately 1.5 carats of diamond in a layer measuring only 10 microns.

five-layer cone · tantalum · 1.5-carat diamond coating

Resonances moved beyond the music

The tantalum-and-diamond structure is up to 50 times stiffer than a ceramic-only membrane. Resonances are reduced by 36 dB, while the first breakup mode is raised to 20 kHz, leaving the audible range exceptionally clean.

50× greater stiffness · 36 dB resonance reduction · 20 kHz breakup

Absolute control in motion

An N52 neodymium magnet drives an underhung square-wire titanium voice coil with exceptional linearity. The turbine-shaped motor and open basket minimise reflections, while copper-coated pole pieces reduce inductance, delivering bass with speed, authority and precise timing.

Why it sounds different

TD SERIES

— TWEETER- HANDCRAFTED INHOUSE

The ribbon, reimagined

The Raidho planar-magnetic tweeter brings together the best of two worlds: exceptional detail and resolution combined with a smooth, natural musicality. With virtually no distortion or coloration, nothing stands between you and the music.

planar magnetic · ultra-low mass · fast response

Greater sensitivity, greater expression

The redesigned construction increases sensitivity by three decibels, giving the tweeter greater freedom to follow the exceptional speed of the TD drivers. From the finest microdynamics to sudden musical peaks, the entire loudspeaker responds as one coherent voice.

+3 dB sensitivity · effortless dynamics · seamless integration

Resolution without sharpness

Already minimal distortion has been reduced by a further 35 dB in the TD design. Fine textures, harmonics and spatial information are revealed without hardness or exaggeration, creating exceptional resolution that remains natural.

35 dB lower distortion · high resolution · fatigue-free sound
