You will see Walnut Burl in the world’s finest cars, yachts and luxury hotels - because Walnut Burl is simply the mark of uncompromising quality. This very special veneer comes from trees that are cultivated environmentally correctly, and in fact they are grown by a kind of industrial production method and exposed to the elements that produce the characteristic patterns of veins in the veneer.
Walnut Burl does not grow naturally in sizes large enough to cover Raidho’s relatively large cabinets. To create a harmonious expression in the veneer finish of the cabinets, they are mirrored so that the cabinets appear 100 per cent uniform.
Finally, they are given a coat of varnish not less than 1.2 mm thick, so the veneer has an exceptional depth, and at the same time it is possible to polish the surface to an impressive sheen with a great feel. |
